STOP and READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING:
A Marriage License or Affidavit of Application for Marriage License are not proof of your marriage.  They are copies of the document you obtained prior to your marriage ceremony.  If you need proof of your marriage please place a separate order using  ORDER MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

  • Marriage License or Affidavits may not be available for certain years. If you order one and it's not available we will retrieve the other for you.
  • Due to delays outside our control orders may take 1 to 2 days to complete.

Some Countries may require an Apostille from the State of Nevada. Please call our office at 866-425-6414 to get the service fees.

Type of Shipping: Additional shipping fee will apply to extended remote areas. We will notify you by email for any additional shipping charges and will require authorization to charge the difference prior to processing your order.

Within US: UPS, FED EX, DHL will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Next business day Standard Delivery UPS, FED EX, DHL( Add 35.00 ) - Orders placed after 10:00am will be processed the next business day.
2nd business day Delivery UPS, FED EX, DHL( Add 20.00 ) - Orders place after 10:00am will be processed the next business day

International (Outside the US):Due to uncertainty of mail time for international orders and delay, We highly recommend you use international priority service so that you may be provided a tracking number of your package.

A search request that comes back as "no record found" will not be credited back unless it is clearly our mistake that the wrong INFORMATION was searched. The document provided is strictly from the records filed at the clerk's office and searched based on information YOU provide to us. You have up to 10 working days from the date you receive your e-mail completed order confirmation  to notify us if you did  not received your requested documents.
